We have a USA Amazon store, Spain Amazon store, and Germany Amazon store, you can order from our Amazon store directly. And you can also contact us, we ship the printers to you from our factory.
3. What is the lead time?
For the sample order (1-5 sets): the lead time is about 3-7 days after payment.
For the bulk order: the lead time is to be negotiated, usually, the lead time is about 30-35 days.
4. How about the after-service?
Our printers have a 1-year warranty. And if you have any printing problems, our after-service team will respond quickly to solve your problem by video or online service.
5. Do you have any certifications on your printers?
The CE, FCC, ROHS, etc. are provided. We have 4-years of OEM experience for Germany/France/Poland compies. And got Brazil's government education project cooperation order.
